Bishop Peter Rogness, Board Chair of the Minnesota Council of Churches and the Saint Paul Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, makes an eloquent case for why Minnesotans should Vote No on the Voter Restriction Amendment.

The Minnesota Council of Churches held a conference on Oct. 16, 2012, to speak out against the Voter Restriction Amendment. Bishop Rogness was joined by Rev. Pet Chemberlin, Executive Director, MCC.
